Booking conditions

Booking cannot be accepted from groups of single sex persons under the age of 24, for exception to this rule please email info@reefacom.com

All bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 20% non refundable deposit.

Any changes made to a booking will attract a further 30€ administration fee.

Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Apartments are available after 2pm on the day of arrival to allow for cleaning.

Apartments must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning.

You must agree to abide by the rules of the complex on which you will be staying.

Cancellations

Up to 4 weeks 50% refund, after 4 weeks no refund.
